Hotel and apartment tower in Miedzyzdroje.  A sunlight study conducted by the actual city Master Plan concluded that not achieve 2 hours of sunlight were achieved.  It seemed convenient- after the lecture to the city council- to modify the codes in the Master Plan referring to this particular plot of land to make possible the construction of a high-rise building.
