Development:
The tower designed is environmentally safe and healthy. It starts from the bottom as a three volume building that spins upwards with an helicoidal movement that makes it become a two volume building that keeps spinning to finally become a one volume building as it reaches the top 50th floor where a botanical greenhouse and restaurant crown the tower. Each volume is destined for differentiated commercial, office and hotel purposes..
