Development:
A double layer of 100% recyclable perforated copper plates with a 100 + years lifespan, enables natural ventilation, light and solar radiation management. An extreme control of the ACV systems and opting for cradle-to-cradle materials allows us to design an Eco-Intelligent tower with healthy interior areas that avoid toxic and allergenic environments in buildings.
The building operates basically on renewable energies such as geothermal, wind tunnels and/or photovoltaic panels. Its natural ventilation is estimated via CFD programmes.
It has been designed with 2 water supply systems and a sewage system that use rainwater from the plot of land and manages its own effluents in order to achieve a sustainable use of the water resources.
