Development:
An extreme control of the water heating systems and the “cradle to cradle” material selection allowed us to develop an Eco-Intelligent Hotel with healthy environments created in avoidance of toxic or allergenic elements.
The lightning and radiation control at the offices is attained by a grid made of 100% recyclable 100-year life span copper plates. The walkable green rooftops are designed to gather rainfall water, dust, and save CO2. Photovoltaic panels and biomass and7or biogas boilers are fuelled by its own waste.
The use of energy is mitigated by the use of natural lightning at the offices.
The water resource management filters its own sewage waters.
