A single-family home is being designed with a ground floor and two upper levels, located in the Bulevar de Xúquer area of Cullera. The project highlights the owner’s expertise in exposed concrete, featuring walls, ceilings, and a staircase crafted in white concrete. Solar control elements are integrated through organically designed concrete latticework, showcasing geometric patterns inspired by Voronoi cells.
